Abstract
Multiple lesions in bilateral frontal subcortical white matter in magnetic resonance imaging were accidentally found in depressive patient admitting the psychiatric ward. Symptoms of the patient in this case were depressive mood, somatic symptoms
associated with depression, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, and disturbances of interpersonal relationship The authors experienced one depression case with multiple lesions of frontal lobe in a depressive patient and discussed the diagnostic value of
the
brain lesions, the relationship between the brain lesions and psychiatric symptoms, and the prognosis of the patient.
